DIGITAL DESIGN + TRANSFER LICENSE AGREEMENT

By purchasing this license along with any associated digital design(s), you are granted the following rights and restrictions:

✔️ PERMITTED USE (WHAT YOU CAN DO):

• You MAY use the purchased design(s) to create physical transfers (DTF, screen print, sublimation, etc.).

• You MAY print and sell those transfers, provided they are produced in-house only.

• You MAY use the transfers on physical products (shirts, apparel, accessories, etc.) for resale.

• You MAY use the design for small business/commercial purposes.

❌ PROHIBITED USE (WHAT YOU CANNOT DO):

• You MAY NOT outsource, third-party print, or use any external company or service to produce transfers.

• You MAY NOT resell, share, gift, or distribute the digital file(s) in any form.

• You MAY NOT upload or share the design(s) to any website, drive, group, or third-party platform.

• You MAY NOT modify the design(s) and claim them as your own.

• You MAY NOT sell the design(s) as digital downloads, even if altered.

• You MAY NOT transfer this license to another person or business.

IMPORTANT TERMS:

• All transfers must be printed and produced in-house by the purchaser. No outsourcing is permitted under this license.

• This license is non-transferable and is granted only to the original purchaser.

• All digital files remain the intellectual property of Simply Smooth!

• Purchase of this license does NOT transfer ownership of the design(s), only usage rights as outlined above.

By purchasing, downloading, or using these files, you agree to all terms listed in this agreement.
